Q: How do I order?
If you have chosen an item, select its size, color and quantity, then add it to your Colleni Bag and proceed to checkout.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted at Colleni.com?”
Forms of payment accepted, as well as instructions, are listed in the Billing area of Checkout. They are as follows: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and all Virtual Gift Cards.

Q: Will it be possible to track my Colleni.com orders?
Yes. Once your items ship, we will send you an e-mail that will include the name of the carrier and the tracking number(s) for your order.

Q: Why am I having trouble checking out and/or adding items to my shopping cart?
Our website works best with the most updated version of the most popular web browsers. Please ensure you are using Firefox 3.5 or later, or Google Chrome 2.0 or later. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer you might experience some issues. If you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer, we recommend downloading and using the latest version.

Q: Does your site use pop-up advertising?
No, Colleni.com does not participate in pop-up advertising. If you are seeing pop-up ads on your computer screen, it is most likely due to an adware program installed on your hard drive. Many of these programs are designed to install themselves with little to no warning while you browse shopping, coupon and music websites.

Q: How do I use a promotion code?

  • Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
  • Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code, and will automatically be added to your order during the Checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the Checkout page.

Q: What do I do if I didn’t receive a shipment?
If you’re missing items or shipments, contact us within 30 days of ship date.

Q: What kinds of promotions do you offer?
We like to reward our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website. We offer:

  • Gifts with Purchase: Some of our most popular promotions are complimentary gifts with purchase. These promotions are typically associated with a specific category of item or minimum order total. If shipping to multiple destinations, the gift will automatically ship to the billing address.
  • Buy & Save: This promotion allows our customers to receive a discount by purchasing two or more of one item or specified group of items. The discount will apply in the Checkout process.

Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?
No. We accept returns on manufacturer defective items only. For more information, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Q: How do I know if ordering online is secure?
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes “https” at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well. Colleni uses a secured third party payment processor.
